Joe "Oz" Ossichak III
Joseph "Oz" Ossichak III currently resides in Monmouth County and is an Ocean County native who attended Ocean County schools. At age 22, Joseph earned a B.S. in Business Marketing and Management from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, as a dean's list student. For five years after college, Joseph ran a successful music-marketing firm.
While running his business, Joseph purchased several real estate investment properties and successfully took on real estate as a hobby. At the age of 27, Joseph decided to make a drastic change in his life and left his company for a career in real estate.
As a result of his past marketing and sales experience, Joe was fortunate enough to be recruited by the most successful real estate team in Monmouth and Ocean County, Team Chris Walsh. Joseph is currently a full-time agent with Team Chris Walsh, based out of RE/MAX The Real Estate Leaders in Middletown.
Currently, Joe is ranked within the top one percent of all real estate professionals in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean Counties. He has achieved many awards recognizing his hard work and persistence including being awarded the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award multiple years in a row.
Joe is also a member of the RE/MAX Executive Members Club, has received the RE/MAX Distinguished Service award, has been selected as a FIVE STAR "Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent,” and voted one of the "Top Agents at the Jersey Shore.”
Joe is knowledgeable, hardworking, and passionate when it comes to his real estate profession.
