Christopher Walsh is a Monmouth County native who has owned property himself in many of the towns he specializes in today. At age 18 Christopher moved north to New Brunswick, NJ where he attended Rutgers University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Environmental Economics. Shortly after completing college at the age of 22, Christopher moved back to Monmouth County and pursued a career and long time passion in the real estate industry. During his first year in real estate he personally purchased property in Belford, Asbury Park, Middletown, and Union Beach while at the same time closing nearly 10 Million in sales. This allowed Christopher to establish himself as a new up and coming real estate entrepreneur.




Joseph “Joe Oz” Ossichak III is a Ocean County native who, as a child, attended Ocean County schools and has owned property in many different parts of New Jersey. At age 18 Joe Oz attended The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where he graduated on the dean’s list and earned a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing and Management. Shortly after completing college at the age of 22, Joseph developed and ran a very successful music-marketing firm for the next five years.




Jason Small is a New Brunswick native who now currently resides in Monmouth County. He got his first taste of the Real Estate Industry at the ripe young age of 19 when he began working for Marshall & Swift, the nations leading provider of building cost data. Within a short year, Jason proved himself as top producer, leading to managing his office and overseeing the national sales team. After 3 years of service Jason left his position to further his education.




A life-time New Jersey resident, Ryan grew up in Somerset County and attended the Branchburg school system as well as Raritan Valley Community College. Ryan currently lives in the historic town of Ocean Grove and loves the New Jersey Shore area.
Prior to his association with Re/Max – The Real Estate Leaders, Ryan was a hands-on foreman in a Home Improvement Company with extensive home renovations and repair experience. His knowledge of home construction is a valuable asset that he carries with him into the world of Real Estate.




David Walsh is a Monmouth County native who grew up both in Hazlet and Middletown. As David entered high school he was accepted into a prestigious academy called Communications High School in Wall, New Jersey. At Communications he learned invaluable skills in web marketing and graphic design. Upon graduating he opened a successful web development company and attended The New Jersey Institute of Technology in order to study math and finance.
