Upper Freehold Township has a land area of 47.45 square miles and is located in the extreme western area of Monmouth County, bordering Mercer, Burlington and Ocean Counties. Upper Freehold NJ Schools

Students in public school for grades K through 12 attend the schools of the Upper Freehold Regional School District, together with students from Upper Freehold Township.
